Busia County Annual Development Plan for the Financial Year 2024 – 2025. Prepared as part of the integrated plans, this is stipulated in Sections 104, 105 and 108 of the County Government Act, 2012. The ADP 2024-2025 provides the basis for implementing the County Integrated Development Plan in this case (CIDP 2023-2027) and act as a guide in resource allocation to priority programmes and projects for the FY 2024-2025.
